• If the customer accidentally kicks a shared account from the package, the shop will not provide a warranty, only support as much as possible to provide warranty if the email with the shop's package is not deactivated, with a 100k VND ($5) one-time support fee.
• If the customer's primary admin email is deactivated, then restored and logged in again, and the family loses the Ultra package, the shop will not provide a warranty, only support as much as possible to provide warranty if the email with the shop's package is not deactivated, with a 100k VND ($5) one-time support fee.
